我覺得性價比還是很高的，可以住好幾個人，大家都在一棟房子，有機麻，還可以自己做飯，感覺還不錯，衞生和服務也還可以，停車費用也不貴，還是比較合理的。

這個價格沒什麼可挑剔的，性價比非常高。
不過這個LOFT或者叫做聯排小疊拼，算是解毒了，偶爾住一下還行，但自己買是沒必要了。一是上下來回爬樓梯真的煩；二是綠化好但是户外待不住，因為蚊子太多了;三是鳥叫從6點就開始，別想睡懶覺。

臟亂差，沒有客户，衹有一個給你拿鑰匙的人，拿了就不管，卧室到處是灰，紙巾也不夠，陽台，露天，全是樹葉，給人的感覺，就是鄉下，沒有一點別墅的感覺，停車收費，很貴，不建議大家選擇，
