Environment: We went there last winter with friends. It was evening when we arrived at the hotel. There were lights and the environment was great. Plus there were hot springs to soak in. It felt very warm and quiet. I went there this time because I wanted to enjoy the cool air. It was relatively early, and we arrived at the hotel before twelve o'clock. Since the hotel check-in was after two o'clock, we walked around a bit. During the day, the environment was really average, and the hot springs and swimming pools were not open. The price was more than 470. The room rate and quality experience are not as good as those in more than 200 hotels in Meishan. Service: My husband complained about this service. We were on a leisure trip this time and did not leave the hotel. I played games in the room all the time. My husband went to the front desk to buy water and meals. He could see it once every five times he went there. I went to the front desk and called, but no one answered the phone. My husband went to buy a bottle of Sprite in the afternoon. The front desk asked him to hang up the bill, so he hung up. Well, we could have just checked out and left. As a result, there was no one at the front desk, because the bottle of Sprite that was on the bill was waiting for someone at the front desk. This bottle of Sprite costs 10 yuan. My husband asked the front desk if it was 8 yuan written on the bill. The front desk said I don’t know, it’s in the system. It’s 10 yuan, I’m speechless😓, so whose problem is this? I don’t know if it’s because the front desk doesn’t want to work anymore, or if the hotel owner is too lazy to run the hotel, so he’s really casual and perfunctory. Afternoon tea for two people: I don’t know if I need to go to the front desk to ask for this. Anyway, we didn’t get any afternoon tea. When we checked in, no one told us that the kelp shreds for breakfast were delicious.
