酒店牀頭櫃與床距離太近導致眼角撞傷，沒有讓酒店做出賠償，衹需要提供冰敷袋，酒店拒絕，導致眼角腫脹，攜程平台告知酒店店長認為沒有過錯，如需自費可以提供，都江堰景區附近酒店避雷，店長太狂，我可附上照片及時間，

拿着房卡從一樓乘電梯回房間。進電梯後，房卡刷不了電梯，又打不開電梯門，喊人五分鐘，也沒人理。結果電梯直接運行到14樓，有客人乘電梯後，我才搭電梯又回到了一樓。找吧枱問原因，服務員很隨意的解釋是房卡消磁了，重新刷一下就行。沒有一絲歉意。

4個房間，3個房間不是床單臟，就是床單破洞，要求換床單，回覆的是沒有鑰匙，人下班了，偌大的一個酒單就一名前台工作人員，300多的房間完全沒有性價比，正門外立面高端大氣，實則房間lou得很，蔚徠酒店品牌方的管理是怎麼的一個執行標準！👎
建議大家選擇時候，一定要先到房間看看再確定是否入住！

住過三次了，這是最讓人生氣的一次，以前的前台服務員態度好也熱情，後面這兩次一次比一次差！冷漠又傲慢，現在是淡季，房間又不緊俏，給前台説了要個安靜的房間，根本不理，房間整晚都有嗡嗡嗡的聲音，旁邊商業樓大晚上都吵鬧聲巨大，和孩子一晚都沒睡好！這個差評是給前台的！都沒樓層服務人員態度一半好！
