We are a family of three traveling, we didn't drive, the hotel is very remote, we took a taxi from Dujiangyan city, the driver asked us to add an extra 20 yuan, and then the taxi couldn't get to the location, we called the hotel, a brother came to pick us up, we had to walk, we had two boxes and could only walk to the hotel entrance, hoping to add a shuttle bus. The next day we were going to Panda Valley, and there was no car to take us, even if there was a shuttle bus to a good taxi location! But there was none, I asked the front desk, the front desk said no, and didn't say to help us get a taxi, probably also know that there is no car, after booking, I was pulled into the WeChat group, but I think it was mainly to recommend ordering, we didn't order, and desserts were indeed delivered in the evening, I felt that it was not sent. It's okay for taking pictures, it's more filmy, if you want to take pictures, you can go, but don't go if you don't drive. At night, there is no light outside, there is nothing to see, the overall experience is very average, I didn't feel any service. It's not very attentive, not recommended.
