The staff were very helpful - the hotel is on a very steep road and hotel staff will arrange for a suitable vehicle to take you through the mountain roads, or help arrange a local driver if you want to go off the mountain for a very reasonable price. The restaurant selection is quite limited but the food quality is good. We enjoyed eating in the hotel both nights (there are no nearby restaurants). Breakfast is simple but not bad. Not many selections but the food quality is good and flavors are nice. Be prepared and bring some snacks or anything else you will need, as there are no nearby stores, and because of this the hotel is very relaxing. We left the hotel relaxed, satisfied, and very pleased with our experience.

The private hot spring room I stayed in this time has a good view, and the hot spring pool is independent on the balcony, which is very convenient!
