Convenient transportation, just three or five minutes away is the bus terminal. Downstairs is 711 with Robinson nearby. We did not say so noisy at night when we slept, probably because the whole was very noisy. Then we must be careful not to bring back the leftovers. The smoothie milk we bought was broken for one night, and the burger we bought was put in for one night and ants crawled in, very small ants.

Stayed here solo last Sept 2024 and what a short but wonderful stay it was! Pardon me though as I only realized before posting this that I did not have a single photo/video of the room - or maybe it was in the other device. Anyhow, all the staff were friendly and accomodating. The corner room was clean, all were working well as intended and enjoyed the night with a massage and early dinner room service since I was too tired to eat out nor to go down their restaurant lol. Had to check out and leave early the next day for Siquijor and glad that I was able to avail the breakfast inclusion which had a decent menu offer (plus salad and fresh fruits like pineapple and banana). Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again when in Dumaguete!

The room is spacious and includes a TV and air conditioning. However, the air conditioner is dripping, causing the floor to get wet. Unfortunately, there’s no chair to sit on and no rag to clean up the water.

This hotel is not expensive and the service is good. The room has hot water with breakfast. I booked a family room with a double bed and a single bed. The single bed was a little noisy at the window facing the street. It is very close to Robinson Shopping Plaza and it is convenient to take a coach.

You can take a tuktuk from the pier to the hotel for 150peso It’s 50 peso to go to the city center The service is very good. If you have any problems, ask them to solve them. The room is clean and the equipment is old Slippers and toothbrushes are provided The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of cars. The air conditioner is noisy. The swimming pool is thin and there are many people at night

It was a good stay for me. The bed was so comfy and the room overall is clean. Couldn't connect to the wifi though. But if you wanted to stay in a place where u could simply access famous tourist spots, i highly recommend this. Its just a walking distance from all the attractions in the heart of dumaguete.

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and the location is good. While breakfast options were okay I think the hotel would benefit by small improvements like healthier options such as fruit compote or fresh juice rather than powdered. TRIP should update their info as confirmation advice shows as 12.30pm checkout whereas reception advise checkout time is 12.00

I've stayed here many times but the last few times it's been on the 4th or 5th floor and the elevator breaks down a lot and walking up 4 or 5 floors is not good especially with a heavy case, they couldn't give me a reason why I couldn't have a room on the 2nd or third floor they didn't seem to understand or care, I think I will be staying somewhere else next time, it's cheap yes but a pain going up and down so many floors with a heavy bag.
