Our first visit to Cromlix for Afternoon tea served in the Glasshouse If your looking for a traditional serving you will be disappointed this was on a different level. No finger sandwiches but instead a fabulous plate of savouries to start followed by the most exquisite scones with cream and red ruby jam,finally an array of sweet treats prepared by the pastry chef.Accompanying this spread a wonderful choice of teas and coffee which you are able to mix and match. Attentive staff add to the ambience of the glasshouse experience. We hope to return.

A stunning hotel complimented by the seamless service provided by all in a friendly and relaxed way. Every detail was executed to perfection from the welcome to the culinary delights. A pure authentic Scottish hotel with the added enjoyment of sharing the experience with our little jack russell. Thank you all at Cromix for making our stay spectacularly relaxing, and for all your care and attention to every detail. Having experienced many luxury hotels far and wide, cromlix is now top of our list. See you again soon.

Absolutely first class. Met by Sharon in reception which smelt incredible. Complimentary welcome Prosecco which we enjoyed by the fire. Cases taken away whilst we were taken to Glasshouse for the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had. Did not disappoint. When we were shown to our rooms cases were there for us. We were in Lavender and friends in Viola. Both different but both gorgeous. Attention to detail throughout the hotel is superb. 100% recommended.

This was our first time staying overnight at Cromlix and it did not disappoint. From the lovely welcome at reception by Shona and the glass of arrival fizz, till our departure, the service by every staff member was outstanding. It is such a cozy, unpretentious environment that has been created and we could not fault it. Drinks in the bar were good and dinner/breakfast was delicious. We were upgraded from a cottage room which was a nice surprise, our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Quite simply the best afternoon tea. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome and our car was parked for us, which was an unexpected bonus as the weather was terrible. The staff were attentive, the cocktails were delicious, and the food was amazing. (Not a sandwich in sight). The decor and ambience are also really well done and the grounds are beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Spent two nights at The Cromlix, from the moment we arrived we felt pampered. Lovely staff, lovely food and lots of seats to sit and relax inside and out. Also lots of little touches made our stay even more special, especially the shortbread.

Booked Afternoon Tea on September 4, 2024. Cromlix House Hotel is stunning. We were welcomed upon arriving at The Cromlix and taken into the bar area where we had Prosecco. We were then taken into the glass house and seated at our table and we ordered different flavoured tea. The afternoon tea selection was excellent. The best afternoon tea I have ever had. The service was excellent, the waitress advised us what each item filling was, every thing was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Did not have time to look around The Cromlix because we had booked a time slot at Blair Drummond Safari Park. Have booked The Cromlix In December for Christmas wreath making and lunch.
