I have been waiting to receive a survey because i wanted their manager to see this and take care of it and i’m not sure if they read their reviews or not but here it goes: I had a WONDERFUL stay at the Fairfield until the moment I went to check out last Friday the 20th, I had to wait 45 minutes for the front desk attendant to come out of the kitchen with their breakfast lady. Was very upsetting. We had eaten breakfast before we left and you could tell she was very uncomfortable with how he was following her around. I would love to say I’ll be coming back, but if the staff isn’t safe why would I want to stay there? Unfortunately I will not be experiencing the wonderful hospitality of this establishment any longer. The house keepers were amazing, breakfast was amazing even the lady who helped me check in was beyond informative and kind, but the young man at the front desk…he’s ruined the whole experience for me sadly. Hopefully they get that young lady who did breakfast some help and fire that man.

Very clean rooms, nice common areas and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here anytime I am in town. Lupe assisted us at breakfast and she was so sweet, professional and helpful. I would give this place a 10/10.

The people were very nice , but they weren’t able to accommodate the handicapped very well we ordered a room thru a 3rd party like ******* the was suppose to be with two queens and a guest room and was suppose to have walk in shower well when we got the didn’t have such a room , The girl Who waited on us up front really tried hard to accommodate us she even the manager there was no help there , after we went up to the room it was very narrow and bathroom is to small handicap, we asked for shower chair there wasn’t any available so the young lady at front desk had to go get one of the chairs outside to help my brother so he could take shower it helped somewhat but it causes water to splash over the floor so he had several towels to put on floor to dry so he could walk on floor without slipping , other than the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! The staff were very nice , the breakfast lady great job ! And housekeeping also great job! The front desk girl you did your best to accommodate you need a bonus.

Unclean. Hair on the nightstand, mold and filth in the bathroom, terrible odor, just basically unclean everywhere. Every cup was already unwrapped, so I would assume they were used already. On the plus side, staff is great.
