We really enjoyed our trip to the cottage. Loved the dressing table was very happy. Enjoyed the log fire, hot tub, sauna and huge bath. Love the privacy and everything you need is there. BBQ was well used, fridge freezer, oven n toaster, coffee machine which my husband loved

Amazing time here as always! Everything is just perfection. Highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing break to come here. The under floor heating, hot tub, sauna… all just bliss. Nice warm loaf with butter and jam awaits, along with a bottle of fizz. One very minor thing to mention would be the bed is a zip & link mattress and we were aware of a gap, although I checked and it was zipped closed. We’ve stayed in this hideaway 3 times and this is the first time we noticed so maybe just needed a slight adjustment when the bed was made up :) can’t wait to come back already!

This was our second stay at the Hideaway Experience and everything from the day we arrived until we left was excellent. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Lovely home made bread with butter and jam awaits you. The cleanliness is second to none and the peacefulness and luxury adds to your time away. From the hot tub to the sauna to the log burner - everything has been thought of. Would not hesitate in recommending a stay here for perfect luxury, relaxation and good country air. Oh and there is a bottle of the sparkly stuff cooling in the fridge for your arrival.

The second time we have been here and the fact we travel all the way from south Wales is an indication of just how special this place is. Our 3rd time here and this time in the dreamers accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful with full glass bi folding doors across the whole front of the building. With unobstructed views across the rolling countryside which you can view from your hot tub or even in the bath or sauna. Lovely quiet location on a working farm. Just the place to get away from it all. Just love this place.

Just back from our 13th visit. This time in the Honeymooners. The Hideaway Experience never fails us. The place is immaculate and ozzes luxury. Caroline Ross and the team go to great care and attention to make this place so special. Sitting in the hottub with it's covered roof bringing in the new year seeing fireworks in the distance was something else. This is a special place to us and we completely relax which is often hard to do. Thanks for the chocolate brownies Caroline they were delicious. Can't wait to come back x

Me and my husband stayed in the romantic's cottage for two days for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day it was like something out of a film for us just perfect, we had everything we needed with us and the place had everything, I did forget one thing and the owners where happy to drop it off right away which was just brilliant I can’t thank them enough for that, The hot tub was a perfect touch and the sound system had speakers in every room playing Christmas songs in the morning while I opening presents and making dinner was just brilliant, I would highly recommend to anyone that just wants a few days to relax and chill out.

The hideaway experience was certainly a 5 star stay. We stayed in the Honeymooners cabin for 2 nights and it was total bliss. We have stayed in various cabins in Scotland and have to rate this one the highest. It ticked every box. Hosts were great, not in your face at all and just allow for a relaxing time away.

I stayed in 'the Romantics', a gorgeous stone cottage with all the luxuries you can imagine. So warm and cosy and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended! Caroline and Ross are such lovely hosts and I loved staying on a working farm in a beautiful quiet location.

Well where do I start, I happened to stumble across The Hideaway Experience when I was searching online for a couple of days away to celebrate our wedding and my graduation. From the moment we got there we knew that we would love our stay. The attention to detail is second to none, from the sauna to the standing bath and hot tub we absolutely loved everything. We have been on many couples overnights and this by far surpassed them all! I especially loved sitting outside and the silence of the location. The 11am checkout was also lovely, we had a relaxed morning and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We will definitely be back, 5 stars just isn't enough for this venue!
