This hotel is owned by Smithda, located in the city center. Although it is also a motel, it is a little bit inferior to American motels. The room is small and the facilities are all scaled down. They look like they have everything, but they are not good enough. We booked a room for 4 people, but they only gave us 3 chairs. One of us couldn't sit down to eat. We stayed for two nights and didn't disturb the room. The price is close to 1000 per night, which is not cost-effective. It may be related to the fact that there are not many hotels in Dunetin.

Excellent location for city and popular restaurants. Great under cover security for vehicles and cycles. Very helpful staff and good communication. Clean and quiet and reasonable rates. Not bad for a three star hotel in the central city.

This place isn't flash, but the customer service is exceptional & they helped me out when another accommodation provider (see previous review) let me down spectacularly. They were willing to provide affordable accommodation at VERY short notice at 10.45pm on a weekday night. The room is comfortable & basic, but the overall experience was enhanced by their willingness to assist and help when others didn't. Highly recommended.
