Excellent room facilities with full kitchen and well designed bathroom toilet areas, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable! Staff were very friendly and helpful, showed me the map of Dunedin and places to visit and stuff. Enough car park. Definitely will stay here again next time in Dunedin!

The hotel is about 10 minutes drive south of the city center and 30 minutes to the peninsula. The environment is quiet, but the facilities are relatively old and there are plenty of parking spaces. However, the owner is very nice and enthusiastic ❤️
