Great cozy little place in Dunedin. Clean and well taken cared of. Pro : Big kitchen, free breakfast , towels in the bathroom Con : no locks or key for the door so no safety for your things just be aware:)

The location is right in the city center, you can walk around the city. Parking is very convenient, the hotel entrance is right in the parking lot. The room is very beautiful, and the hotel as a whole has an artistic atmosphere. The cafe next door can serve breakfast, which is very good. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, the heating in the room was a little insufficient, and the bathroom was very large, so the shower was a little cold. But overall it is the best hotel in Dunedin.

Turn right at the hotel crossroads and eat at the restaurant. Walk to Dunedin Railway Station. 20 minutes. The interior of the Motel is the normal level in New Zealand. The boss is very enthusiastic. The ice cream is given in the room. The room size is not large with a microwave oven. The parking door is a one-way street and can only turn left.
