King master bedroom w/TV (2nd floor)
Queen bedroom (2nd floor)
Queen bedroom on 3rd floor w/TV
- 2 Living room/sitting areas with flat screen TVs and queen sleeper couches on 2nd and 3rd floors
-Full kitchen and dining area (2nd floor)
-Kitchenette with mini fridge (3rd floor)
-2 Full bathrooms, one on each floor
*As of March 4, 2024 Owl unit has been combined with Osprey unit to make a more spacious condo.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Awesome
This is the second time we have stayed here and love this property. Location is GREAT. Very clean, well stocked. Love that there is a washer dyer and a pool on property. Owner easy to communicate with.

Perfect location to walk downtown to enjoy all the incredible shops and restaurants. Short drive to Honeymoon Island Park which we loved. Great family friendly Vrbo. We had a concern during our stay that was addressed and resolved. I hope to be able to come back again and the future and have fallen in love with Dudedin.

Downtown Gem
Our family stayed here for my son’s graduation from college. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had 5 people in our party and the house was perfectly sized to accommodate all of us with room to spare. The house was immaculate when we arrived and we appreciated the water and cookies left out for us upon arrival. Also within walking distance to everything in downtown Dunedin. Would absolutely stay there again.

Dunedin Condo
Our stay was better than fantastic. The condo was very clean and modern. The communication with the owners was prompt. Everything we needed was in the condo. The location can’t be beat!!! Close to the water and downtown. We were there for blue jays spring ball and this was an easy 25 min walk along the beautiful Pinellas trail. Everything is so convenient especially ALL the restaurants. We loved the pool area. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and can’t wait to return.

Dunedin Delight
Incredible location within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, local attractions and the Jay's spring training stadium. Immaculately maintained and very comfortable. Thank you for another great vacation!
