These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf. The front home features inside washer/dryer, new appliances, full kitchen and desk/highspeed internet. Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms. The smaller guest house has one queen sized bed, kitchen, living area, full bathroom and a fold down sofa. The sofa folds down to a twin bed and the coffee table lifts up to make "working from home" an ease. There is even a playground across the street for little ones.
