One block off Main and one block from The Mease Dunedin Hospital This unit shares a wall with an office building on site that is used typically M-F 8am-5pm but does not have any shared space except for parking areas and exterior walk-ways. Laundry facility is on site and available for 5 day + stays upon request and is used by housekeeping crew & may be used by other guests.
