We didn’t stay there. Here's a review you could use: - we had an awful experience at this hotel last night. The sanitation was extremely poor. The flush in the bathroom was not working, the bedsheets were dirty, and the toilet was not cleaned, with visible stains. The room was in a deplorable condition, completely different from what was shown online. We were so disappointed that we decided not to stay there at all and stayed at different place!
we request the booking team to thoroughly investigate this matter and provide us with a full refund. This was a highly disappointing experience, and we hope no other guests have to go through same!
