Checked in on February 11th, the front desk upgraded us to a family room during the day, and it was too hot at night, so they moved us to another family superior room. Thank you very much to the waiter on the 4th floor and the front desk staff for making us feel at home. The hotel and hot spring environment and service are first-class. I will definitely come here again if I have the chance. I sincerely wish the hotel will get better and better. 👍🏻

I checked in very late that day, after 10 o'clock, and had drunk some wine. I was groggy because I got off the wrong taxi. It was still far away. I called the hotel because I went to the wrong place. I told them where I was and how to get there. When I was walking to the hotel, a tall and thin guy came. He asked me if I was Mr. Su. I said yes. He took my luggage. The bag was very heavy. It was really heartwarming to come across such a hotel when I was alone in a foreign place. When I arrived at the place to check in, the girl at the bar handed me a cup of hot water. She said it was cold outside and I should warm myself up. The guy walked me to the room. Not long after, someone knocked on the door. It was their room attendant. He said that he saw that I had drunk some wine and he had some honey. He made me a cup of honey water. This way I will sleep more comfortably. I am really grateful to the staff for letting me experience the feeling of being alone.
