Rebooked this B&B for my second night.
I offered to pay direct but the lady at the front desk told me I will get a much better rate if I searched online because of the promotions available.
Very warming for a small outfit.
Service attitude is what made me extend my second night here.
Breakfast though good gets cold quickly. They should use food warmers. Mostly vegetarian options other than hard boiled eggs.

Sand on floor on arrival. No towels at alll in the bathroom. I called reception for towels. Ok. Next day, the cleaners clean the room and remove the used towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Again I have to call reception to bring towels. My 3 nights there, the cleaning of the floors was really poor. Floors were not swept and I could see hairs on the floor. Ok. They were my own hairs, but still. Sweep the floor! Cleaners also do not remove used porcelain cups with clean cups. The furniture, and bedding are really nice. But shame about the poor cleaning job. Also, there is no place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. Very odd.

Very good hotel, very nice room but they should clean the corner better. We mixe up the reservation date but they were able to let us stay. Very nice painting at the entrance. Thank you

The disposable towels provided in the parent-child room were not enough for the number of people, the hygiene for extended stays was very poor, and the shower was still broken. I wanted to take a shower during the sandstorm, but the temperature was over 400 degrees and there was no service. It was really bad. The experience in Dunhuang plummeted. I hope that the beautiful Dunhuang will not be covered by dust. The sand and dust are just passers-by, but the experience will remain in my heart forever. I hope that Dunhuang, which I long for, will get better and better, rather than deviate from its original intention! The picture is replaced by the beauty of Dunhuang!

The room is spacious and the transportation is convenient. After staying one more night, we were given new disposable items. The air in Dunhuang is too dry. Every morning when I wake up, my throat feels like it's smoking. I wish the humidifier was more powerful.
