The hotel has a very open layout, the rooms are very large, the quality of the hotel can be seen in the details, and all the service staff are very sincere and enthusiastic. The breakfast quality is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Yang Xiufen from the housekeeping department provides very good service and is very considerate. Every day when I return to the hotel, I will be given a footbath, which is very thoughtful.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Some rooms have large terraces when you open the door. When the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise over Mingsha Mountain from the room, which is an unexpected surprise. It is also nice to watch the stars at night. The children go out to watch them once in a while. The housekeeper service is also good. Our housekeeper is Yang Xiufen, who answers all questions promptly and enthusiastically.

The hotel service is very good. The room has high ceilings and a large area. The floor-to-ceiling windows facing east offer a great view of the sunrise. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the air conditioning and heating temperature are not high enough. It may be that the room is too large and the temperature is not very warm. The shower is very cold, and the hot water has to be left for a while before it gets hot. It is really an unnecessary waste for a city with water shortages. The faucet in the washbasin is old and often slides down and closes automatically after being lifted. There are a few varieties of breakfast.

As soon as we arrived at the underground parking lot of the hotel, two waitresses took the initiative to guide us to the elevator (the hotel is quite large) and rushed to help with the luggage. From the garage all the way to the front desk to check in and enter the room, all the staff we met took the initiative to greet us Happy New Year! It happened to be New Year's Eve, and the hotel also very considerately presented hot dumplings, so that we, the foreigners who spent the New Year in Dunhuang, also had a warm Spring Festival. Every staff member of the hotel was very enthusiastic. Special thanks to Sister Yin Yumei of the room service, who was even more enthusiastic and proactive. She cleaned the room very clean and tidy every day, and put the items in the most convenient place for the guests. The most surprising thing was that she also prepared hot foot water, towels, mats, etc., so that we could enjoy the feast of Dunhuang culture while eliminating the fatigue of the journey. This journey to Dunhuang again after a few years really left a good impression. I felt the continuous progress and development of Dunhuang and the cultural confidence of the people of Dunhuang! I chose this hotel to stay in Dunhuang on New Year's Eve and was very satisfied. The hotel is very high-end, the staff is very enthusiastic, the service is very considerate, and a footbath was delivered in the evening. The only shortcoming is that there is no coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant, and it is brewed coffee.
