The service attitude is very satisfactory. The hotel environment and facilities are average. The air quality in the room is worse than the price. There is no ventilation and the smell is very pungent. There are no fun activities around.

The hotel service attitude is very good, especially the housekeeper Luke, who called me long in advance and learned that we had children. He prepared children's toiletries and slippers in advance, and also prepared two extra quilts. Fortunately, the room was upgraded, and the children had a lot of fun. The hotel meals are highly recommended and delicious. This hotel is my only choice when I come to Dunhuang in the future. It's great!

The room was upgraded to a courtyard room for free, where we could light a bonfire at night and take great photos. The room was very beautiful, the items and facilities were very new, the bedding was clean, and it was quite comfortable to sleep. I would especially like to mention that the service was very considerate, warm, enthusiastic, and meticulous. The staff along the way all had smiles on their faces. Facilities: I like this hotel very much. A desert oasis with first-class facilities. Low-key and luxurious sophistication, clean and quiet, not many rooms, extremely quiet, suitable for guests who like quiet and sophistication. Hygiene: I accidentally saw the linen truck and all the rags were sorted. I was a little touched. Hygiene can be said to be superior for the environment in the northwest. Environment: The environment surrounded by vineyards can really be said to be a desert oasis. Service: The overall service is very good, especially the housekeeper Sweet, who was very considerate and helped us upgrade our room, and also helped us take our clothes to the city for washing. All our requests were quickly met, thank you. Disadvantages: 1. The food in the restaurant is a bit difficult to evaluate. Some were not fresh enough, some were not attentive enough, and I was a little disappointed. Fortunately, the service was good. It is recommended to make a reservation to avoid a bad experience. 2. The boy at the bar was a bit funny. He didn’t want to answer anything he asked. He didn’t want us to sit in the garden seats upstairs because he was afraid of the trouble of going upstairs and downstairs for service. We ordered a bottle of red wine and only brought the wine up throughout the evening. It never appeared again, and the water was not even poured out. It was a pity for such a beautiful garden.

I was hungry at night and missed the hotel's spicy beef and sour soup bacon rice noodles. How could they be so delicious? So I wanted to write a review. The hotel's meals are so delicious. Every dish is delicious, so I basically eat in the hotel. The layout of the hotel is full of scenery, various collections, very Western and very attractive. Even the room cards of the 25 rooms are different and very artistic. The hotel's fragrance makes people happy and relaxed. The butler service is excellent. Luke is responsive and pays attention to details and experience. The owner has referred to many details and services of international top luxury hotels. Many small details are very good. There are too many to describe. In addition, children don't have to pay extra for breakfast, afternoon tea is free, and there is unlimited supply of fruit snacks and drinks in the room. It's very atmospheric. The goodnight gift is different every day. There are many hotel activities every day, such as yoga, making scones, murals, burning incense, singing bowl sound therapy... and the bed is the most solid bed I have slept on in the entire northwest. There is also the lovely Wangcai. I stayed for three nights in a row and upgraded to a courtyard room. The experience is that I don't want to go out in the hotel hahaha...

We stayed in Dunhuang for 9 days and 8 nights. We didn't go to places beyond 25 kilometers of the city. We stayed in each hotel for an average of 2 nights, but I think Biyue is the most comfortable. I personally think that the experience is better than the No. 1 Dongyi Hotel. The hotel is full of design and ritual. The room type I booked is a family room with a view. The snacks and soft drinks in the room are of quality. The restaurant has a good atmosphere. The dishes can be eaten for three consecutive days without repeating, and the taste is also good. But if you are a guest from Northeast China or Beijing, I don’t recommend experiencing hot pot. It is still much worse than us in this aspect, but the local specialties made by the restaurant are worth trying if you haven’t eaten them. They are all remarkable! The breakfast is very comfortable and semi-self-service. Because the hotel has only 25 rooms, even if it is fully occupied, you can rarely see other guests in the public space. The afternoon tea space is also very beautiful, and there is a handsome boy who also provides excellent service. There is also a lighting ceremony in the evening, which is quite relaxing. The hotel also has many special cultural experiences. If you have time, you can choose to participate in a few. After all, staying in such a hotel is not only for comfort, it is equivalent to a miniature of the local culture, which runs through all the small details of the hotel. The hotel has a rooftop garden, which is equally beautiful. You can also see Mingsha Mountain. As long as there are no clouds, you can see the sunrise and sunset. At night, you can lie on the lazy chair on the rooftop to see the stars, which is a different kind of relaxation in your heart. Let’s talk about the butler service. The service is not excessive and feels very comfortable. And most importantly, it can solve the problem. My butler is called Sweet. If I meet her, I think I am still very lucky. If there is any disadvantage, it is that the children can’t order takeout, and they will complain when they want to eat snacks! But this hotel, I actually recommend couples to choose, it’s beautiful!
