The moment I walked into the room, I regretted it. The room had a weird smell and the sheets and towels didn't look clean. There was hair on the bed! I tried to contact the front desk to resolve the issue but no one answered the phone. I even started to doubt if this hotel was still in operation. To make matters worse, I could hear almost every sound from the next room, which made it impossible for me to relax and rest at all. I booked this room to rest and relax, but it just made me feel more tired and irritated. I paid 329 for this room but what I got was a piece of garbage. Home Inn Huayi Hotel was once a brand I trusted, but now it seems that it has fallen into this state. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this issue and take measures to improve the hotel's environment and service quality. Not recommended for individual stay! ! !
