Very nicely decorated room with theme. Very impressive room inferior design and very cost. Aircon is provided and the room is very nice. Definitely come again. Close to town center and restaurants. Good price and good stay.

We stayed here last weekend and it was fab! Rooms are unreal, hot tub was the perfect temperature, staff were so kind and helpful. Would most definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. We stayed in the garden room and it was beautifully decorated, never stayed anywhere like this before!

Visited a few weeks ago for a last minute galentines and we have already rebooked for this month. Nothing was a bother for any of the staff and they were so attentive! Our hot tub was amazing and exactly what we needed on a cold day. The food was above and beyond and we can’t wait to book in for a Sunday dinner! Thank you to Dan and the staff for our incredible visit we can’t wait to be back soon.

The hot tub rooms are great for couples going away. The whole team were fabulous and really went above and beyond for us. The bed was really comfy and the hot tub was just out of this world. Thank you all and for taking care of us and and we will spread the word on this great hotel

Do not book this hotel! My daughter and I stayed here. We were double charged and months later we still can not get the owner to refund the money. It is new management apparently so ignore the positive old reviews. The room above us leaked water down on to us as well the first night so we were moved. But that room was booked the next day so we were shuffled to another room. A complete nightmare.

Came for a romantic night away with my partner. Great rooms and great service. Pizza was outstanding and the cocktails are to die for. I would recommend definitely. We will be back soon as the hot tubs were lovely. Breakfast also was 10 out of 10. Thank you all so much

We had a 3 night stay and chose the hotel for location and size, but did not know until we got there that the kitchen was undergoing major rebuild, which also put the dining room out of action. Thus, breakfast was served in a cold dark bar area and the menu became a lottery of what might be found. We complained to the off-site manager, but 2 months later are still waiting for a response to our emails - an extension of the lack of consideration shown to us as guests. That said, the staff deserve credit for their apologetic, friendly and helpful nature and the hotel clearly has great potential - our room was quirky (as they all seem to be) but comfortable and warm, although practices were somewhat dated (towels changed daily unless specified and we were locked out one evening before 9 pm).
