Great hotel all round but was disappointed in no vanity and tooth brush kits all weekend. The water refill in the fridge could also be improved.
No hard boiled eggs for my pregnant wife. We were told it’s only soft. Amazing room none the less

Had a great 3 nights stay on 25 Hours Dusseldorf .
On the positive: Great service, from the welcoming all the way all the staff we came across.
i normally don't book breakfast when traveling for leisure as I like to explore local foods, so have no opinion on the breakfast but the little coffee stand inside the hotel has what could arguably could be the best coffee in Dusseldorf.
Yes, rooms are not huge but comfortable enough, nice mini fridge with consumables for free and most important: Was very clean.

Parking size very small for the size of the hotel. Location is ok, roof top bar is nice.

アクセス: デュッセルドルフ中央駅から徒歩18分、電車は隣の駅なので数分で行けます。その近くの駅からは徒歩10分程度でした。アクセスは良いほうだと思います。
清潔度: 排水口なども綺麗でした。
サービス: ドイツ語、英語で対応してくださりました。感じの良い方が多かったイメージです。落ち着いている雰囲気です。
設備・アメニティ: 歯ブラシは受付で無料でもらえたようです。部屋には置いてありません。また、スリッパがなかったので、用意したほうが良いのかなと思いました。お風呂が透明のガラスだったのが衝撃的です。カップルなどには良いのかもしれません。また、市民税が数ユーロかかります。
総合的にはこのホテルを利用して良かったと思います。
サービスやアメニティもしっかりしていると感じました。
