The cleanliness was okay and location was so near to airport. But the staff in reception was so unprofessional to handle check-in. That person was slow and unmannered to treat customers. Anyway the view from the window was quite nice

Overall, the stay was good. Service was very friendly and nice. Location was great because there were buses and trains right outside the hotel. For me personally, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the room was very dusty.

I am very satisfied with the hotel location and food. There is a supermarket outside the door for buying German souvenirs. The only thing that bothered me was that the waiter asked me to pay for the room during checkout, because my order was confirmed online earlier, and the hotel later verified that no payment was required.
