For an old hotel, the infrastructure is relatively old. Other than that, everything is fine.The staff service is also warm, and the hall is full of fragrance.

The location is perfectly fine. You can go to Little Tokyo and Central Station by walk.
However, I think their rooms are not always cheap, depending when you are going.

Good location that is very near to the train station if that is the way you travelling by. One thing that bothers me about this hotel is that the doors cannot be double locked from the inside. So one morning I had the hotel staff just opened the door for room service while I am still around. He didn't knock, and I have no way to lock the door from the inside either. Very bad security for a 4 star hotel in this current day and age. Room is fairly basic, with no drinking water provided, and no amenities in the toilet. Won't return.
