So I wouldn't call it a hotel and certainly not a 4 star. It seems that they technically did everything to be called 4 stars without being worthy of 4 stars. I would define it as an office building of (not fancy) origin where instead of offices there are bedrooms.
The gym and sauna looked gielo pushed them with force only to be considered to have them. The atmosphere in the building is not that of a hotel.
The only good thing there is the breakfast and the view from it.
The rooms with comfortable beds and relatively clean but not properly maintained, for example, during our stay, the shower faucet exploded in the middle of the shower, so it caused us a lot of sorrow and a very unpleasant experience.
There are no sitting sofas in this place just to rest or relax. You can go up to the restaurant/bar on the 16th floor and sit there, but then you feel like someone who comes to the restaurant and doesn't buy anything, which is a feeling of shame.
And their cancellation fee is 90% of the order, so you can't cancel after I realized that I fell into a sting.

Location 30 minutes walk from the center.

Please don’t book this hotel , the stuff at the reception not helpful at all , the house keeping she didn’t even bothered to change my bed sheet which has dirt on it , the room was freezing and they refused to switch the heating on , 4 days in the cold , I just wanted to cry . Awful stay

This Hotel is amazing. The Building is unique and can be spotted from afar. It is close to the Harbour with Stunning views from the Room. Had amazing dinners on 2 separate visits. Breakfast was included in both bookings which was nice. A vast array of choices. Hotel has many places to eat which was why I stayed here. I would stay here again if I visited. The rooms I stayed in were nice. Bed Comfortable. The Gym is on the 5th Floor. I was too tired to go to the gym.

Just terrible..!!! I have travelled to many hotels from the very high end to very simple b&bs, this one stands out by far.. the staff at the reception was unbelievably RUDE.. that’s a shame..!!!! I don’t mean to open up all details as I am too busy right now, but if you have the possibility to choose another hotel, Do Not Hesitate..! They should know that the world has changed and people do not pay money to see the very impolite and rude people.. they better change their attitude or change the job… running a hotel is all about respecting your customers and providing them with the minimum service required..! As if the staff has NEVER heard of the term “Customer Service” ..!!!!!!!

Really nice hotel in a quiet area near river. The modern design of the room was impressive. Bed was so comfortable , there was free drinks such as water, fruit juices , coffee and tea. On the last day elevator was broken, not convenient to climb down six flights of stairs but not the hotel’s fault. A bit pricey, though
