The hotel is well-situated near the tube station, providing easy access to transportation and key city attractions. The reception staff were professional, accommodating, and responsive to requests, contributing to a smooth check-in/out experience.
However, there are several aspects that could be improved to enhance guest comfort. Despite booking a standard queen room, the bed was comprised of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen-sized bed, which impacted the overall sleeping experience. Additionally, the room lacked essential amenities such as a kettle and sufficient storage space. The absence of a proper desk and chair made the room less convenient not only for business travellers but also for leisure guests who might want to sit comfortably with a laptop or unwind. Furthermore, the bathroom design was impractical, as the shower area was not properly separated from the toilet, leading to water spreading throughout the space.
While the hotel offers a convenient location and courteous service, enhancements in room design and amenities would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Its not that comfortable room and there is no water kettle so you have to buy tea and coffee from hotel.. as well as there was no shampoo when i went there so i had to go down and pick it up again .. and there is no queen big size bed so you keep falling between 2beds

Location there is so convenient, only 700m from sentral station. The breakfast is als nice I like it very much! The environment is so quiet and I had a good sleep!

Super clean and cute hotel! Room was very comfortable the only minus was the lack of a refregirator and a kettle. Hotel is 10min walking distance to Dusseldorf Hbf station and 5 mins walking distance to the metro. Very nice experience overall!

Hotel is very easy to locate, just follow google maps and staff are accommodating. Just took a lot of time during the check in.

The hotel overall is clean and tidy, however, the housekeeper didn't even knock on the door when trying to do the cleaning. It didn't feel too safe as the housekeeper just casually opened the door without checking if anyone's inside.
