I wanted to check in early, so I sent an email a week ago, but I didn't get a reply.
I arrived at 8 am, but I couldn't get in because they didn't tell me the password. I wandered around and the back door was open, so I was able to get in.
The staff told me that I could check in at 2 pm, so I waited, and when I went to the reception at 2 pm, there was no staff.
I found out that they sent the email an hour after I arrived.
They said they talked to me in the middle, but they said something vague, and when I didn't understand and asked them to repeat it, they left right away.
I told the staff about this, but they blamed me and I felt bad.

Great hostel with a good location and nice atmosphere! Breakfast included, which is always a plus, especially since the prices are very reasonable in this hostel. Very clean place. Always very helpful staff and Patrick is a great host! 😊😊😊

I've held a booking for a month and was really travelling. ONE day before, they so graciously decide to charge my credit card without warning me. Onviously my card was declined, because it has protection against hackers. Instead of picking up the phone and trying to call me or allowing me to pay cash on arrival, they send me an email, give me ONE HOUR to reply, and because I obviously did not see the email until much later, they took the liberty to CANCEL my booking. Luckily, I found a bed in a better and honest place for the same price. Good luck with your dodgy business practices. I pity all the people whose trip you are ruining by cancelling bookings like that.

The Uruguayan receptionist was very attentive. The breakfast was quite complete, and the facilities were comfortable. The location was quite good, about a 15-minute walk from the center. The room was comfortable; it had a bunk bed and two single beds. There were only two bathrooms on the apartment, which has several rooms, but I never had to wait long to use it.

No es un hostal al que volvería. Me dejé llevar por los buenos comentarios, pero me ha desilusionado bastante. Positivo: -Su cercanía a la red de transporte. Lo cual, te da la libertad de no cargar con alguna llave o tarjeta Negativo: -La llegada es un problema. No hay personal en el sitio, ni nadie que te abra o ayude. Dicen que mandan las instrucciones por email, pero muchos no recibimos el correo. Solo hay una sola persona en recepción, quien se retira a las 11 de la mañana. Deja mucho que desear el que no haya una persona en sitio para apoyarte. -Dormir se vuelve un problema, ya que todo el tiempo oyes el trafico de la calle. -Los baños son comunitarios, y son solo 2 baños para 5 habitaciones, los cuales continuamente se ensucian. -La cama no se encuentra hecha. Por lo que es molesto cuando tus vecinos llegan después de las 23:00 hrs, y tienen que prender la luz para hacer su cama, haciendo ruido y despertando a los demás -La escalera de caracol que tienes que usar para llegar a la habitación es muy incómoda. Sobretodo cuando llevas equipaje.
