Nice please to stay for couple of nights when you skiing. Wonderful staff, friendly and always smile, very helpful. Rooms was quite old and shouldn’t be cost that much. Food was good but reheated so automatically the quality of this food was going down. Swimming pool was clean and lovely but only 3 sunbeds are definitely not enough.

instead of cooking normal broth, the cook uses a stock cube, but the hotel is very nice, nice family atmosphere, I spent a pleasant time here, it's far from the store, and koko dzmbo eggs and I aye aaaaaąaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

By far, the best place to stay in Zieleniec, whether you're travelling wth children or as a couple. It's got everything you need: comfortable and spacey rooms, delicious breakfasts and the main restaurant in the evening serving supersize and tasty meals. The location is right on the slope, you can literally ski in and out of the hotel, then you've got the swimming pool, sauna and the spa (massages of all kinds). I have always been saying that the world is full of beautiful places so I never go back twice to the same place. That rule does not apply to Szarotka though :).

My favourite in Zieleniec, I have considered other hotels in the area several times and finally always came back to Szarotka. The rooms are spacious, warm and comfortable. The food is amazing. Breakfast until 11:00 is just perfect for those who need a lazy morning as well as for those who prefer to go skiing in the morning before the crowds hit the slopes and take a break by having a late breakfast. The food in the restaurants is constantly delicious. The swimming pool, sauna and the spa is the best option after skiing or if you need a plan B due to bad weather. And finally the people: the staff are amazing and are one of the reasons why we keep coming back.

Wszystko całkiem w porządku, ceny w miarę okej, tuż obok stoku, na narty w Zieleńcu polecam (sam stok słaby ale jak ktoś chcę koniecznie do Zieleńca to jest okej) jedzenie dobre, desery też, stół do bilarda rozpadający się i zepsute kije ale dało się pograć

Hotel pięknie położony - niestety to koniec plusów. Brudno, niebezpiecznie - lód dookoła hotelu nie posypany od dawna aż prosi się o wypadek. W restauracji źle rozliczona płatność, brudno pajęczyny. W pokojach smród z łazienki, grzyb pod prysznicem. Niemila obsługa, ignorująca klienta. Napewno przyda się obsłudze szkolenie z obsługi klienta jakim nauka języka polskiego….

Dwa budynki, dwa standardy. W głównym budynku jakość pokoi dobra, przyzwoity standard z widoczną niestety patyną: kanapa miejscami mocno wysiedziana, radio przy łóżku z minionej epoki itp. Łóżko i łazienka bez zarzutu. Ogromny plus za obsługę w recepcji głównej i spa oraz za śniadania - wyśmienite. Dania w restauracji hotelowej bardzo smaczne, choć w porównaniu do innych miejsc w Zieleńcu nienajtańsze. Pokoje w mniejszym budynku obok mają niski standard. Ściany na rogach obite, zdarzają się kable wystające ze ściany czy kinkiety trzymające się ledwo na kablu elektrycznym. Drzwi do pokojów cienkie, niewykluczone, więc słychać wszystko z korytarza.

Wszystko ok, obsługa miła i uczynna. Korzystaliśmy z oferty dla Par w SPA, które bardzo polecam. Śniadania dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Polecam również pozostałe dania dostępne w restauracji. Jesteśmy zadowolenia z pobytu.
