前台接待態度還好，就是酒店設備一點都不好，馬桶蓋是壞的，空調也壞的，枕頭套也是破洞的，被子還是薄薄的，當時大概22點多左右，讓人來看一下空調，跑了兩趟都沒人會修，再去問的時候説十二點才來，太晚了，就算了，然後説加床被子，送過來的時候，被子是臟的，被套也沒套，真是無語了！

搞忘拍圖了，勸大家最好別去，環境差，過道都有異味，房間還小，房間裏一點都不好，又擠又有點臟

體驗特別差，單子定的是有窗户的房間。結果到店明明是沒有窗户的主題房，一股子黴味，還不給退，説她不知道房型，讓換其他的任何房間也不換。
