The people who work at this hotel genuinely care for their guests. My husband forgot some money in his pants and when we got the laundry back it was missing. However when we went to the front desk and told them that we lost it, they said that they found it and gave us back our money. The breakfast does not include a variety and surplus of food however they have a station where you can get fresh noodles in a bowl and customize the flavor to your liking. Every night they offer milk before you go to sleep and when you check out, they give you a gift bag full of snacks. Overall, the hotel service was good and I would stay there again.

因下雨臨時改變了行程，在都勻住了一晚。兩大兩小訂了兩個行政大床房，一間房好大，三四十平米，但前台辦理入住時被告知一層衹有一個行政大床房，為了離得近換了一間江景房，有點小，20多平，也還可以。房間設施齊全，還有晚安奶，離店時有伴手禮。沒吃早餐，樓下一堆吃飯的地方

可以説，我是用略帶激動的心情寫下了這篇點評！第一次來都勻，也是第一次入住港龍，都勻美食美景，港龍熱情的服務，都留下非常深刻的印象。港龍大酒店就在劍江河邊，離西山大橋很近，來回溜達非常方便。我住的商務大床房，房間很大，衞生打掃的也很好。入住當晚，酒店前台打來電話，詢問是否方便送牛奶，這可是連五星酒店都少有的服務😃牛奶送來的時候，我説屋裡空調不涼，可能是我調的不對，服務員按了幾下，告訴我調好了，然後便離開。十分鐘後，前台又打來電話，詢問我空調是否涼了，感覺怎麼樣，非常貼心😘第二天我起早退房，前台主動送了一袋零食和礦泉水，讓我在路上吃，當天下午，前台再次打來電話，詢問本次入住是否滿意，有什麼意見建議。最重要的是，從入住到最後，沒有任何人讓我幫他們做出好評😝晚上到了貴陽，我才打開零食袋子，看着這張暖心的卡片，感覺真是給這次旅行畫上圓滿句號。強烈推薦大家到都勻能夠入住港龍，也祝港龍生意越來越好！

房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，但是面積相對小點，這個是可以理解的。服務非常好，前台工作人員笑容滿面，和藹可親，諮詢的問題都耐心回答。房間窗户看江景非常漂亮，晚上還送了晚安牛奶，退房的時候贈送了暖心的手寫小卡片和小零食，非常感謝！
唯一感覺早餐的質量有點拖後腿，跟酒店的設施和服務不匹配。希望改進。祝酒店生意興隆！

位置特別好，離西山大橋和石板街很近，附近都是《無名之輩》的機位。服務員特別熱情的幫我們升級了房型，還贈送了當地牛奶，真的很好喝。房間有點年頭了，不過還是很乾凈，停車也方便。

比較有歷史年代的酒店，房間比較復古，勝在停車場很大，離吃飯地方很近，比較方便。服務熱情，主動送來牛奶，還給小朋友準備了節日小禮物。推薦旁邊烤鴨店，味道不錯還實惠
