The hygiene is good and the hotel is very clean.
There is an underground parking lot, but the exit is a bit narrow.
In addition, if you drive to the hotel and follow Google Navigation, remember that you can turn left directly to the hotel at the intersection (although it is marked as a one-way street and no left turns are allowed)

This is a great hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean, with free WiFi, free minibar, clean and fresh towels. Value of money, breakfast included. The staff is friendly, and the location is excellent. We are very happy with our choice and highly recommend it.
