Nice quiet area close to restaurants, Walmart, Target and the Mall of Louisiana

This is a very good hotel in a very convenient location with very nice environment and very friendly people. . Although they restaurant has limited food to choose.

The location is good. The room is nice. But the receptionist that checked me in was not at all friendly. She didn’t give me the complimentary water. When I asked another receptionist the next day, she apologized and gave me the water. After I checked out, I saw a charge for the “complimentary” water. That is unprofessional and wrong. If they do not want to give complimentary water, they should just tell me when I was there. Do not charge guest’s credit card without their consent. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Hilton should use this feedback to improve their staffs.

it was a very nice place to stay.i had a few issues.they did not set the tv up and i had NO TV FOR ABOUT AN HOUR IT MADE ME A LITTLE BIT UPSET

Facilities: complete, quite satisfactory Hygienic: Clean and hygienic, looks very clean Environment: very good! Located in a business district, there are many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, shopping and eating are quite convenient.

Their 3 bed room (including a sofabed) was nice. Sofabed was clean/comfortable and it can turn into two small beds or one big one. We liked it so much we booked the same room twice.

Didn't eat, don't know, maybe it's good!
