The location is far away and not very good.
The exterior and lobby are nice, but the rooms are not very clean. The shower head is movable, which was good.

Actually the room is very cool. There is a spacious balcony and the view of Bekasi city from the 11th floor is amazing. But unfortunately the balcony can't be opened, the glass is dirty so you can't enjoy the view of Bekasi city properly. The floors of the rooms are not kept clean. The pillow is shabby. Ac.tv, smooth wifi. Dirty bathroom. You have to ask the FO for toiletries, you can't get mineral water. The homework problem is the parking problem, there is no free parking for hotel guests, aka paying 15 thousand or paying via mall parking ticketing which will definitely be much more expensive. Actually the hotel is cool but there are lots of minuses, the location is also a very traffic jam area at night
