The ambience inside hotel is good with latest type of fittings both in rooms and restaurant. Stay is comfortable and happy. The entrance is not visibly provided with name board and hence difficult to locate the hotel which is located in 4th and 5th floors.

Beautiful property and excellent staff. Visited here for a night during October 2024. Whilst there is nothing much in Dindi but the drive to Dindi itself is mesmerising and on top this property is epitome of the same experience you get during the drive. Property is well equipped and self sufficient to meet all travellers requirements. We went to Antarvedi beach from this Resort which is best closest option to relax and enjoy.

We have taken a lot of trips during the last few year and our trip to Annavaram. Our stay at Spree One was SPECIAL, perfect hospitality, ontime check-in courteous staff. Special call out to Mr.Baskar (GM Spree One Resorts) who made sure not only our stay was pleasant but also ensured that he provided guidance on what to do locally and arranged for trusted drivers and vehicles when requested which ensured that we dint have to worry about anything during our trip We would recommend Spree One resorts to everyone.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Good ambiance and very hygiene food maintained at hotel . Satisfied with hotel hospitality . Nice to visit

GGuest UserWhat can I say - the best hotel in the city, keeps the brand! In general, I liked everything. I was pleased with the presence of a bar and a wine list in the room. In terms of wishes - it would be nice to equip smoking areas. Of the minuses - a long checkout, they wanted to shortchange for a paid dinner.

PPoornachandra RThis hotel is situated on the banks of river Godavari. You can see the river from the hotel room if you are allotted the river facing rooms. The stay is very nice and the view is priceless. Mornings are blissful. However, the water them park is dirty and ill-maintained. The swimming pool is not operational.

GGuest UserI am a regular visitor to Dasapalla group.. Except for the amenities, my stay at Jaya Residency was good. You can say best hotel in Kakinada when food is considered…Staff is very courteous… well done team… see you soon… we have a tie up with Vizag Dasapalla
