I stay in East Grinstead very often for work out of personal choice. In my opinion it is probably the best Travelodge in the Gatwick region as I have used most of them. It is always is clean and quiet. The staff are efficient and welcoming, especially Helen, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Helen is always very helpful and makes really good recommendations of places to get the best food as there is no provision for hot food in the hotel. The hotel is right in the town centre which has a really good selection of places to eat. Parking near by at reasonable rates also.

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. Shame the room was hot, it was noisy outside so we couldn’t have the window open and the aircon wasn’t working.
