The memory foam mattresses in every bed will make it very hard to leave! Additional rules STRICT NO PARTY POLICY! Do not park on the street. You may only park in the garage or driveway. NO SHOES in the house at any time. I provide a shoe mat where guests may leave their shoes. We try to keep the house clean for all guests. Any signs of shoes in the house will result in an additional cleaning fee. For make-up removal do not use the white towels. I provide black facial towels found in all the bathrooms. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Please be respectful to our neighbors. $100 per pet Only Toilet tissue should be flushed down the toilet. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No smoking inside the house.
