As a solo business traveler, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The location is superb, with plenty of amenities. The staff were professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for convenience and comfort!

Friends were telling me that location was an issue but I didn’t find it a hassle cos I could just hop on Grab to go anywhere. When I arrived I was greeted by the guard and the front desk personnel. Unfortunately I didn’t remember their names but they were the nicest people I’ve ever met in Jakarta. Hotel room was great although there were issues with the AC, the night duty personnel was quick to resolve the issue by giving me another room. I didn’t even have to go to the lobby to get this arranged. The staff came up and gave me a card to another room. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they didn’t refill the food in a timely manner but I wasn’t too worried cos I could just order food from somewhere else. I did feedback to them about the breakfast and the duty manager was quick to compensate me with a later check out on my next visit. I didn’t expect this but it was good to know that they care for their guests. Overall, the hotel did a great job. It was beyond my expectation. I would come back to this place again!

The place is clean and close to Halim airport. They offer no shuttle service to the airport. . We had to wait a long time to get our keys, were offered a free welcome drink in the meantime, however, there were no clean glasses to get it.

Bed is not the same with the reservation, then air conditioner is not really good. But the location near the food culinary.

I love it even though it located beside shopping mall, the ambience is calm and i didn’t hear any noice from outside. Overall great ❤️🔥

From airport to hotel takes about 1hr40m due to heavy traffic and cost about Rp500k. This hotel just beside the hiway and about 300m to Lrt Cawang Station and about 2km to Halim Speed train station.

This hotel used to be Santika, for the service everything that my family and I felt was very good and friendly, the staff responded quickly, the quality of the food was also good, for the 2 nights we stayed overall it was satisfactory, if there is something that needs to be input, perhaps attention should be paid to environmental health care because of ants and sometimes the smell from the sewer is a little annoying, would be very willing to come back here again

Overall this hotel is superb just the parking myb can improve a little bit as when wanna go out has to cop first and for me it delay my time bcos receptionist not always there and hve to wait
