UNSAFE! THIS HOTEL IS UNSAFE! There were drunk men banging on my hotel door. Groups of drunk people checked in to the hotel and were singing up and down the passage. I called reception TWICE to send security, BUT had to wait because security was busy on a different floor! NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL!

I was booked into the Osner for a workshop. The hotel itself was Ok, the staff were friendly. The rooms had some issues (slight mould, strong carpet smell) bu t otherwise pleasant enough. What really made my stay unpleasant (not the fault of the hotel) was the near constant hooting of taxis in the road below. It was impossible to enjoy the sound of the sea with the ridiculous amount of hooting. The BCM municipality really needs to address this issue if they want visitors to enjoy this part of what could be a lovely tourist area. The outside area of the hotel has been badly neglected, you are surprised when you walk in to a pleasant lobby. The pool is green as all the reviews point out and just in need of general care on the outside. Hotel impossible candidate.
