Great location. Wonderful staff. Rooms are clean and big. Food is amazing. Definitely a place to visit with family and friends. Great experience. My stay was too short and really would love others to see this gem and all it has to offer. Will be seeing them again soon

From reception area service was great to my room everything was satisfactory Hotel location sea view is the best real value for money.Hygiene also was satisfying. Will definitely tell my family and friends to visit the hotel. Calabash was my best experience.

Excellent service with Nosi Mfene, pleasant welcoming and people skills on point. Big smile and respect for people. Comfortable stay at the accomodation with fresh bedding I just feel the bathrooms need curtains so they don’t splash and went floors

It was a very good experience from the room to the stuff and food I would recommend it .This would benefit both the hotel and the other guests that would want to try this whether with friends and family . The stuff has good hospitality and great trainees with good training towards guests.

Rooms were so nice and neat. The bed was super cozy. I feel asleep within minutes .... especially with the sound of the ocean. It was superb. The menu was standard but the food was delicious all the time. The staff are very friendly and respectful. I enjoy myself each time I visit Regent. Thanks for the hospitality.

The room smelled a bit offish but everything else is exceptional. The cleanliness and the atmosphere is excellent but the location is not so appetizing. It's a bit small but comfortable. Overall experience is great. I would recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The atmosphere is clean, peaceful, and elegantly designed, making it the perfect escape whether you're traveling for business or relaxation. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the amazing customer service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. From the front desk to housekeeping, their dedication to hospitality was clear in every interaction.

Very disappointing. I will never return to this facility. No wifi available and they have the audacity to charge R25 for an ice bucket. The hotel smells like an old cupboard. Definitely have had better stays at the local bnb's in East London. The group should be ashamed.
