The cabin was small but designed well and comfortable. It was clean and fresh. It did have a nice little deck with a table and chair. They put me in a cabin at the end of the property that was the furthest from the wifi router. No wifi reception at all even though, in advance, management "claimed" that the wifi was decent and later after my stay stated that the wifi was the best on the island. In fact, even in their open air lobby, sitting right UNDER the wifi router-it would barely connect-you could barely pull up a single webpage let alone stream even youtube. When I called this out after my stay to manager Maricela (I think that was her name) she just made excuses about the Starlink wifi satellite service. Additionally, they had a 5 gallon water dispenser in the lobby area but it was empty so no drinking water. In short, subpar customer service.
