I stayed at this Premer Inn for 3 nights. Being close to Southampton Airport made it the perfect location. This was a very clean hotel with friendly and helpful, both day and evening, staff. Breakfast and evening meal were really good. Only negatieve comment was the bed was too soft but that is to each his own.

My stay at the Premier Inn was amazing. The hotel service was excellent—Tamid staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The restaurant had a wide range of breakfast and dinner selections. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Disappointed having to pay £8 to park overnight. Stayed at many Premier Inns before & rival firm, never had to pay for parking. I thought that it was due to the car park belonging to a private firm, but after scanning my voucher and paying the fee, it was shown as paid to Premier Inn.
