We stayed at Premier Inn Eastleigh for my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience! I had arranged for cake and decorations to be delivered to the hotel, and Morgon, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She kept it all a surprise, ensured the cake was sorted, and even upgraded us to a newly refurbished room. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made us feel so welcomed and special. We hadn’t booked for dinner service when we arrived, but Morgon made sure we were accommodated, which was such a relief after a long day. All the staff were fantastic—friendly, great with our kids, and they even wished my husband a happy birthday, making a lovely fuss over him. It was the perfect start to our holiday and birthday celebrations before heading off on our cruise. Thank you to Morgon and the team at Premier Inn Eastleigh for making this such a wonderful and stress-free experience. We couldn’t have asked for better service and hospitality! Highly recommend!

Stayed here as it's under 15 minutes away from Paultons Park. There's enough car park spaces. The room is great for a family (in our case a 5 yo and 17 month old). The restaurant is decent for breakfast and dinner. Pleasant stay and would stay again if going back to Paultons Park.

Had an enjoyable stay at Eastleigh Premier Inn. The check in process was quick, simple and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. My room contained everything I needed and was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I've already booked a further stay here for August.

The location was easy to find, the staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was great! We had not pre-booked breakfast, but they managed to squeeze us in! The food was lovely and the service was good. No complaints at all, will definitely stay again when we sail from Southampton😊

Needed over night accommodation for my wife while I was having an operation in a hospital close by. Very friendly and hard working staff; good facilities and ticked all the boxes. Food in the restaurant very good. Hopefully the lift replacement project will not be delayed. Thank you

We stayed in a first floor room for one night on our way to a cruise. Excellent location with ample parking right next to hotel entry. The reception was quite busy when we arrived at 3pm but the receptionist was very efficient and the families quickly disappeared to their rooms. The room was great as always with comfy bed and great shower and bath. The cleaning staff were friendly as we chatted to them. We then had a problem with our cruise documents which had become wet. (Bottle failure). The reception staff offered to print new copies for us. Unexpected and amazing service. Really saved the day.

After a faultless stay Christmas last year, we decided to use this premier inn again in April. Great decision. From check in to check out everything was brilliant. Clean rooms, friendly staff and well stocked tea and coffee facilities. 10/10 will be staying here again next time we are in the area.

We had stayed here previously without problem, nothing special but ok for one night pre-cruise. This time proved to be a poor experience due to incompetent staff and administration. We booked well in advance and chose a Premier Plus room for the extra facilities. Less than a week before the booking we were informed that the solitary lift was out of use, a situation that will continue for 3 months. The issue was that we could not negotiate stairs to the 3rd floor, especially with luggage. The Premier Plus rooms are all on the 3rd floor. As it was such short notice we agreed to an inferior room on 1st floor with the assurance the extra cost would be refunded on arrival. We were told that there were no ground floor rooms at the hotel. Both these statements turned out to be lies. On arrival, the woman on the desk could not sort the refund and said we had to contact a telephone number which turned out to be unmanned until the following day. The whole process was utterly shambolic. The desk woman showed no interest in the issue. She was only interested in upselling us to book a restaurant table. In the spoce of 5 minutes or so, she asked 3 times if we wanted to book, each time more insistently and desperately. Extremely poor and apathetic service. We found our room which was extremely poor. The standard rooms have been stripped of most furniture, even the desk had been removed. There was a basic chair, plus a shoddy and grubby small table. It was not very clean, seemingly having had the barest of servicing prior to arrival. The toiletries were as basic as it is possible to provide. The only saving grace was that the bed was reasonably comfortable. On the following morning, the desk woman asked if we had managed to sort out the refund issue. I told her that the phone person had been as unhelpful as she had. There is absolutely no way we would have booked this extremely poor room had we known the situation but Premier Inn simply don't care. We would not book this for any future pre-cruise stays.
