Warm welcome at the barception desk during check-in, very spacious - surely for a 3star hotel - room on the groundfloor, loved the size of the TV. Breakfast at the EatMrkt was correct. Used one of the many EV chargers on the free parking. I used to stay in the centre before but this is now a better solution. I will be back in a few months.

I've stayed here on business now a couple of times and it is hard to put your finger on the pulse of this place as it doesn't really have one. A large modern building with no soul and it should be the preserve of people in suits attending conferences. It is very modern, clean, well staffed but it doesn't really work. For one the staff are professional but not friendly, the bar is across the road (even though they have a functioning one for events), the place is always empty and their isn't a thing to do. Rooms again are large, modern, clean, light and airy but have the feel of an architect who ran out of ideas. If you want a drink in the hotel and don't want to go across the road (to a fantastic brand new David Lloyd club it has to be said) you can buy a bottle in reception and sit in a cold desolate area by the revolving doors. It was cold, raining, sleet and snowing on my last trip so I sat by the door. Fortunately I was being taken out for the evening or I may have lost the will to live. Breakfast is really good and a wide variety of foods you'd expect. From the cold continental breakfast to bacon, eggs and toast. You can also boil your own eggs to ensure you get them just as you like. 6/10

I stayed 2 nights in this 3 star hotel. The room was spacious and clean but basic. For my surprise the breakfast cost 22.50 Euros per person and it was basic without much extras. This overpriced breakfast the client is forced to clean his own table. On my last day I cleaned my own table but a waitress reminded me to clean a table nearby and I had to explain that was not my table. Absurd to pay so much and to be reminded to clean your own table. I have never experienced this in other 3 star hotel I stayed before. At the reception when I complained about the breakfast facility I heard only silly excuses.

Stayed one night as going to a concert at the Arena which is a 20 minute drive, perfect for this. Hotel is clean, rooms are huge and bath tub in bathrooms is rare nowadays. Great check in experience as quick and friendly. On site breakfast / cafe was lovely and there is an attached Thai restaurant and Italian - the Pizza was fantastic and super quick. Tesla chargers and a David Lloyd Gym just minutes away. Area is safe and well located for access to nearby motorway links.

We visited our friends who lives in Mortsel and hotel’s location is perfect. Hotel looks very new and clean. Hotel room and restroom are spacious. Big parking. Breakfast was also good, we really liked bakery from the hotel, was really fresh. However, what bothered us was push email to do online checking. We received 6 reminders for the checking one day prior our stay. Even when we did checked in at reception, we still got the reminder. Maybe it is something hotel can look into the system.

Very disappointed in the hotel and the facilities. Upon booking in, we were told that the restaurant was closed as the chef was on holiday. There was also no bar at the hotel. Uncomfortable nights sleep, combination of bad pillows and water sounding ( either pipes or heavy rain) above the ceiling roof. Receptionist didn't ask if I had a pleasant stay or not. Overall, I would not recommend it
