Bathroom is so good.

The cleanliness was in minus degree. No vaccum was done for all three days which we stayed. Carpet was stinking. Rubbish was not collected even after several requests. Bathtub was deep so in case if any short or senior person wants to take shower, there are high chances of slipping. No shampoo or conditioner or moisturizer was provided. No dental kit too. I will not recommend this hotel only because of its location. There are other good hotels in the same locality. So BIG NO for this hotel.

The hotel was in a very convenient part of the city right next to the playhouse and newly built st James centre. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was delicious plus you could pretty much eat as much as you liked. The rooms are comfortable but quite warm with a minimum setting of 19o which was too warm for us. I wouldn’t stay again purely based on the room temperature.

Having booked for two nights, we were asked if we accepted not to clean the room the second day ! For that we did not receive at least one breakfast for free !?!
I sent an email to the hotel, asking about the tram connection from the airport and never received any answer. They could have told me that the tram stopped one stop earlier and not in front of the hotel. The food was correct - price expensive for a self-service breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, you can go anywhere, especially it is very close to the bus station. You can easily go to Glasgow by taking the 900 bus, which is great! The bad thing is that you need to confirm with the front desk in advance to clean the room every day, which is very bad!
