The location is very secluded. It would be great if there is a place to play ball. The room is a bit small. The breakfast is the best one I have eaten in Edinburgh. I didn't have enough time, otherwise I would definitely try their afternoon tea and dinner.

Very good hotel, but the price has been rising since the epidemic. It is a building of great historical value in Edinburgh.
