Spent one night at Radisson. Found one dead and one live bed bugs crawling on my bed at 11pm when we're just about to sleep. Requested to switch rooms, front desk girl gave us new room key, didnt bother to come into the room look at the bugs until I insisted. She did apologize. New room didnt have any obvious signs of bugs but end up we couldnt sleep due to our worries. We showered from head to toe 3 times within 12 hrs cos we're grossed out by the bed bugs. New room's TV didnt work at all. Bathtub leaking left with big puddles of water on the floor. During check out, i requested to have the manager call me, never heard from anyone. I understand bed bugs are transported from guests and I cannot fully blame the hotel but I do expect to hear from the management. This just shows me how poor the hotel operation (quality control) and management is. Will not go back.

Dirty. Overpriced for the quality of rooms. Parking was sketchy. Bathroom incredibly small. It was noisy. Door had been broken and not fixed. Door does not close properly to the hall way or in the bathroom. Door to hall way did not close when left room(generally they are weighted to ensure they close). Extremely disappointed

We showed up almost 2.5 hours after check in and our room wasn’t ready. We were told that a group that had no reservation had taken the rooms so they had to prepare new ones. The ceiling in our hallway was full of mold and water stains. In the room the bathroom wasn’t clean and the ceiling in there was full of water stains. Our room had wall paper peeling from the walls on all sides the headboard and hand marks all over it and the ceiling again was stained. Awful hotel first and last time here!

The hotel room was clean, affordable and quiet. It also had aan indoor pool and a fitness centre. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good and filling. I would recommend this hotel to others. Ron. Canada.

My wife and I stayed there for one night. Overall, it was a very good experience. Check-in was easy. The hotel lobby, hallways and room all smelled and looked clean. The pool was closed for a short time for maintenance but was hopping with activity in a matter of two hours. We were surprised with a suite and king sized bed. It would have been nice if water was in the room. The location was good for us as we had business to attend in the neighbourhood. If you cannot or do to want to eat at the hotel restaurant, there are a couple of highly recommended restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute walk. The only negative we could give was the outside stairs and parking lot on check-out. Someone left garbage and cigarette butts around the front, presumably from the night before. Overall it met most our expectations and the larger than expected room was a pleasant surprise. Sometimes this hotel has very rates. I recommend checking this place out if needing to be in West Edmonton overnight.

Paid for a room for my daughter on *******. It had a deposit policy of $300 if you don’t have a credit card at check in. My daughter went to use her debit and the front desk person would not take her debit card. She said cash only. Pretty sure they were trying to steal it. I had to get a credit card authorization to check her in. We have booked many other hotels for her. Do better Coast hotel….

After a ten minute wait for someone at the front desk for check in we were then told there was five minutes left to order a meal. We rushed in and ordered. After putting our bags in the room we get a phone call asking for a credit card number for our meal to be delivered to the room despite wishing to eat in. We make it to the sorry excuse for a bar / restaurant to be quickly reminded its closing time soon. somewhat passively pressured to be polite we ask for the food to go. At this point the one bar tender tells the chef our order. We recieve a high quality bill for low quality food. Upon asking for cutlery for our room are given 3 plastic forks. And proceed to open up meals comparable to the dog food served in an Albertan oil sand camp. A side of shrimp with the steak that is comparable to bait on a low end fishing trip. Terrible all around. I wish I slept in my truck or the local jail

Made reservation including pet ,was quoted price , checked in got an added surprise fee for pet . Wouldn't let us check in until 4 pm even though we had been on road already for 5 hours and then had a medical procedure done. Tried to check in at noon . Asked them to please hurry clean up and phone us when able to check-in. They said they would but didn't. The room was cold, no way to control or increase heat. They gave us a space heater . Won't ever stay again .

I have stayed at coast hotels before. This is by far the worst of the 3 coast hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are smaller, no comp breakfast and no usb charging connection. Our room had noisy doors and peeling paint in the washroom. there is a large gap on the front door which lets lots of light in front the hallway. Not sure if this was on purpose to serve as a nightlight and for ventilation. The air conditioner works well and cools down the room fast. There appears to be just 1 elevator to service 5 floors. The check-in lobby is a bit dated. Bed was good with a couple of choices for pillow. Definitely would not stay at this particular coast hotel again.
