A wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. The decor is calm and serene, with subtle music to enhance the experience. All staff very friendly and happy to help with all your needs. The hotel was quiet (May) we almost had the pools to ourselves.! And the weather was still glorious. I would say, with a keen eye for detail, some minor work needs doing, rusty railings, a fresh coat of paint, speedier room service, broken chandeliers, usb ports would have been nice, dead trees removed, Apple Pay option, All this would bring the hotel to an exceptional standard, but didn’t necessarily detract from our stay. The pools were cold, the children didn’t like to go in which was a shame as they usually won’t get out of the pool, but perhaps we’d be thankful for the cold when the higher temperatures hit.. Thank you so much to Aj in the hairdressers who spent time bringing my hair back to its lovely shiny self. (Cash required) Much appreciated, thank you so much!

amazing experience, great hotel facilities especially the beach cabanas and pool areas was so amazing , rooms is very clean but as a five star hotel I expected food could be better at the end it was really great experience the staff was very friendly and polite especially personnel I think called Gunay

Perfect experience Hotel staff were very kind and helpful all time, they are always asking what we need. Meal’s were extremely delicious like 5 star restaurants Beachside very comfortable I recommend this place strongly, we came with our children

we are very happy to celebrate the New Year at the Kaya Pallatso hotel, we had a great time at the hotel, attended a concert, very professional and caring Fatma and Tugce arranged for us a great gift from the hotel in the room in the form of champagne, a milkshake for my child, sweets and chocolate, it was very nice, the best hotel in Northern Cyprus and the most professional staff and Efe

This is our second year visiting this hotel, we can not fault how amazing the hotel decor is, absolutely stunning! It feels like luxury from the minute you step in. It's a small hotel compared to others we have visited in north cyprus, but this is why we come. Service is always good and food is very good quality. The rooms are stunning and very luxurious. No expense spared. Even the lobby WC are stunning. If I was to add one improvement I would suggest near the main pool there is a large wall behind the sand play area, I would like this to be less of an eye sore by adding fake foliage just like tbe adult pool perhaps. This is not an All inclusive hotel, we usually do full board which includes all drinks at meal times, inbetween meals you are able to get water from the bar but anything else is extra. One of the nicest luxuries are the sun loungers, they are large well padded and you can easily fall asleep on them. Sun bed Towels are provided and can be changed often. As it was our anniversary the hotel sent us a platter of treats to our room with a bottle of champagne, this was very thoughtful and complimentary. Over all we will be returning when we visit cyprus next.

The cashier at the ****** was the rudeness woman I have come across in many years totally ruined my evening with my partner which I have not been away with in a long time I would not recommend this ****** to anyone unless you want a terrible evening

I was disgusted with the rudeness and aggrogance of the cashier in the ****** her name being gulizar . Totally spoilt my energy for the night due to her I will not be returning Also I'm will be making all my family and friends aware of this person
