I’ve booked a room with spa bath that didn’t had a bath door.. never ever been in a hotel like this. Moreover i do believe that any room should have a door, not for security purposes but for minimal privacy. The toiler in a isolated space and you need to go on the other side of the room to wash your hands. Not impressed.. Next thing is the heating and ventilation system: after reporting it twice they finally sent someone (qualified) to have a look and decided to leave an electric radiator. First time I’ve reported the heating issue, they’ve sent a colleague (i think is their handyman cause that day he was at reception, next day in restaurant, serving) he ended up in making jokes telling me that if i need more heat they have plenty of blankets in the hotel… but none in my room. Overall i think the food from the restaurant has saved this review and probably will save this hotel in the future. Large portions, fresh, good food quality, smiling personnel and an balanced pricing. I would say that i will probably think twice before booking again on this hotel but i will definitely come for a superb meal anytime.
