im Hotel war alles prima.Leider in den Badegärten nicht.Wir sind zu einem Saunaritual zu spät gekommen und mußten den kompletten Preis für zwei Personen zahlen. das Ritual hat auch ohne uns statt gefunden .Bei einem verpassten Kosmetik Termin zahlt man anteilig.Schade diese negative Erfahrung wäre vermeidbar gewesen.

Besonders schön war am Samstag die Tanzveranstaltung in der Bar. Der DJ spielte einen guten Mix aus Klassikern und frischem Sound. Der (unerwartete) Abend hat uns sehr gefallen. Dank nochmals an Herrn Schütze vom Empfang und Frau Rückert von der Rezeptionsleitung. Beide halfen uns bei einem individuellen Anliegen weiter. Danke!!!

Serh gute Buffetauswahl. Die Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu hart, aber das unterscheidet sich ja individuell je nach Schlafgewohnheit. Wir hatten einen Fehler bei der Buchung, der zuvorkommend und gästefreundlich korrigiert wurde.

Jedes Jahr sind wir mit unserer Mädelstruppe zu Besuch in Eibenstock. Wir sich immer sehr zufrieden…Zimmer super, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und die Damen an der Rezeption haben stets ein offenes Ohr! Weiter so, wir kommen gern nächstes Jahr wieder….

Wir waren zum wiederholten male sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und dem Service und haben den Kurzurlaub genossen. Durch die perfekte Lage zu den Badegärten, konnten wir das Bad und die Saunalandschaft einen ganzen Tag genießen.

Es hat alles soweit gepasst. Hotel hat eine schöne Lage. Zimmer war im 7. Stock, damit schöne Ausicht. Halbpensionspreis mit 26 Euro ist etwas teuer.
